Acceptance of Terms. By using https://kingsyardcarelittlerock.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Kings Yard Care markets and arranges Weed Removal, Trash Removal, Yard Cleanup, Tree Trimming, Lawn Mowing, Hedge Trimming. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Ownership. Kings Yard Care (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Kings Yard Care makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Kings Yard Care arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Kings Yard Care from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.

Term Changes. Kings Yard Care may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
